Waterways Ireland is responsible for a diverse range of services to customers from many different backgrounds with many different needs. Waterways Ireland has developed a Customer Service Plan entitled "A Strategy for Enhanced Customer Service" which sets out Waterways Ireland's strong commitment to Quality Service and recognises that our customers are entitled, as of right, to an excellent service delivered in a prompt, courteous and fair manner.
